As well as the external monitoring of Royal Mail, we maintain stringent quality control procedures through all of our internal production processes. We have systems in place to highlight any potential problems before they can have any effect and to solve them quickly so that all mailings are dispatched on time, and produced maintaining the standards expected by our clients. Our in-house CRM system has inbuilt documented procedures and safeguards, to optimise accuracy and staff accountability.
